Data Analyst - Workforce Governance

About the role

As a Data Analyst in Workforce Governance at ANZ, you will ensure that large‑scale HR and position data changes are accurately prepared and executed in SuccessFactors. You will work on high‑volume data transformations that support the bank’s transformation agenda while maintaining strong data quality and controls.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, cleanse, and integrate workforce data to validate project baselines before changes are batched.
• Apply validation and quality controls to detect gaps, inconsistencies, and anomalies.
• Structure data to enable accurate batching, sequencing, and execution of changes in SuccessFactors.
• Analyse and report on change execution outcomes, including success rates and error trends.
• Collaborate with Workforce Governance Advisors, Talent & Culture partners, Organisational Design leads, and Employee Central teams to deliver complex changes on schedule.

Required profile

• Strong data literacy with experience handling complex datasets and quality‑control processes.
• Hands‑on experience in Advanced Excel and Python for data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
• Ability to structure data for reliable operational use and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills to work with cross‑functional stakeholders.
