About the role
We are looking for a seasoned Data Analyst and Power BI Developer to lead analytics delivery across multiple initiatives in Mumbai and Bengaluru. You will provide technical leadership, build executive dashboards, and drive AI‑enabled automation while partnering with Operations, Finance, Project Controls, Engineering, and IT.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and prioritize analytics delivery across several projects.
- Provide technical leadership for Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, SQL, Azure, and data‑engineering pipelines.
- Design and deliver executive dashboards and operational reporting solutions.
- Drive AI, automation, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Operations, Finance, Project Controls, Engineering, and IT.
- Establish data‑governance, quality, and development standards.
Required profile
- 5–10 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Engineering.
- Preferable experience in Construction, EPC, Engineering, Infrastructure, or Real Estate sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
