About the role
We are seeking a Data Analyst to drive deep‑dive analytics on loyalty program data, ensuring data quality and supporting cross‑functional initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Write and optimise complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate and analyse large datasets related to customer behaviour, point redemptions and campaign performance.
- Build validation frameworks to guarantee the accuracy and consistency of loyalty metrics, financial tracking and user rewards data.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Engineering teams to validate new loyalty feature rollouts and translate business questions into data‑driven answers.
Required profile
- Proven experience with loyalty programmes, rewards systems or CRM analytics, understanding user lifecycle, churn prediction and engagement loops.
- Advanced SQL expertise, including window functions, complex joins, CTEs and query optimisation.
- Strong data validation rigor, capable of stress‑testing data, identifying anomalies and ensuring absolute accuracy before presenting insights.
