Data Analyst

About the role

As a Data Analyst at SmartWinnr, you will support strategic goals through data collection, analysis, and reporting, working on‑site in Hyderabad. You will use tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau and SQL to turn complex datasets into actionable insights for our sales‑focused clients.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, organize and interpret customer data, translating business logic into structured data models.
• Build and maintain Excel models and macros to automate validation and analytical tasks.
• Design interactive Power BI dashboards and Tableau reports tailored to client needs.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity and security throughout project phases.
• Communicate findings and recommendations through clear reports and presentations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Data Science, Operations Research, Business Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as an MIS/Data Analyst or similar role.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Excel (including macros), SQL, Power BI and Tableau.
• Experience with data analysis techniques such as clustering, factor analysis, logistic regression, data/text mining and decision trees.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, comfortable with financial analysis.
