Data Analyst

About the role

As a Data Analyst at EaseMyTrip.com you will turn large volumes of travel data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. You will work closely with marketing, sales and customer service teams to improve operational efficiency and enhance the customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean and manage data from multiple internal and external sources.
• Apply statistical techniques to uncover trends, forecast demand and support strategic planning.
• Develop regular reports and dashboards that visualise key performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to solve business challenges using data‑driven solutions.
• Monitor the impact of analytics initiatives and recommend improvements.
• Perform advanced analytics, including machine learning and predictive modelling, to enhance forecasts.
• Maintain secure, accessible databases and conduct ad‑hoc analyses as needed.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in statistical analysis and data interpretation.
• Detail‑oriented and able to work with complex data sets while maintaining accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills to present findings to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
• Experience managing analytics projects and working in a collaborative team environment.
