Data Analyst

About the role

The Analytics team at Navi is looking for an entry‑level Data Analyst to bridge business functions and data. You will create visibility across key performance indicators, build essential reports and dashboards, and support automation and data modelling initiatives that drive operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, organize and maintain large datasets from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Analyze financial and operational data using SQL, Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and produce regular and ad‑hoc reports for management.
• Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau, Power BI or Excel, customizing them to stakeholder needs.
• Develop and enforce data quality standards and assist in ETL processes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline data collection, identify workflow bottlenecks and implement automation solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience as an analyst.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate insights.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel (including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• SQL query writing.
• Data‑visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Basic understanding of data platforms and ETL processes.
• Familiarity with data‑wrangling in R or Python (preferred).
