Data Analyst (Hybrid, Bengaluru)

About the role

Edwagon is seeking a Data Analyst to join its growing analytics team in Bengaluru. This full‑time, hybrid position will support data‑driven decision‑making across the organization by turning raw data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources ensuring accuracy and reliability.
• Build and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau, Power BI or similar tools.
• Generate regular and ad‑hoc reports for business stakeholders.
• Perform statistical analyses, hypothesis testing and trend identification.
• Translate business questions into analytical tasks and present findings in clear, actionable formats.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support data‑driven decisions.
• Contribute to improving data models, documentation and analytical processes.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
• Proficiency in statistics for hypothesis testing and quantitative evaluation.
• Experience in data modeling and structuring data for reporting.
• Effective communication skills to convey insights to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics or a related field.
• 1‑4 years of relevant experience (freshers also considered).
