Data Analyst (Fulltime & Freelance)

About the role

We are looking for a Data Analyst who can work either full‑time or on a freelance basis. The role is hybrid, with two days a week in our office near BTS Sala Daeng and MRT Sam Yan. You will turn raw data into actionable insights that support product development and client projects.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain database schemas to ensure efficient storage and retrieval.
• Define data types and perform data transformations to guarantee consistency and accuracy.
• Develop and manage data models that support analytical needs.
• Design, build and maintain ETL pipelines for extracting, transforming and loading data from multiple sources.
• Analyse data to uncover insights, produce recommendations and support decision‑making for internal teams and clients.
• Extract, clean and validate data to ensure high‑quality datasets.
• Present findings using visualization, reporting and presentation tools.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external clients on data‑related initiatives.
• Maintain databases, spreadsheets and other analytical tools, and advise on best practices for dashboards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Data Engineer or a similar role.
• Hands‑on experience with data warehouses and ETL processes.
• Familiarity with machine‑learning concepts is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for data quality and governance.
