Data Analyst – Digital Workplace

About the role

The Digital Workplace team enables Airbus’s digital transformation by delivering intuitive tools and services for employees worldwide. As a Data Analyst you will bring data to life, supporting product design decisions and improving user experience across the Operational Performance portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy scalable data solutions on Skywise, Palantir Foundry or equivalent platforms.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify improvement opportunities through data analysis.
• Build end‑to‑end analytics pipelines, including data ingestion, transformation and visualization.
• Create and maintain KPI dashboards and performance analytics reports.
• Support data‑driven decision‑making across Airbus divisions in Europe.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics or related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in data analysis, data management and software development.
• Hands‑on experience with Skywise or Palantir Foundry for building data solutions.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and passion for continuous learning.
