Data Analyst – Business Insights & Reporting

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Data Analyst to turn raw business data into actionable insights. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to support decision‑making through timely analysis and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, extract, cleanse, and validate data from multiple sources.
• Design, develop, and deploy analytical solutions and dashboards.
• Produce quantitative and qualitative reports that measure process efficiency.
• Monitor industry trends and advise on their impact on business and analytics strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business objectives into data‑driven recommendations.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in data technology or analytics.
• Self‑driven, highly motivated with strong multitasking abilities.
• Passion for solving business problems using data, algorithms, and technology.
• Experience in credit risk, retail lending, or financial services is a plus.

Required skills

• Python programming (including OOP, generators, and libraries such as SciPy, NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, seaborn).
• Familiarity with machine‑learning libraries like TensorFlow or Keras (optional).
• Advanced Power BI development (interactive UI/UX, data integration, custom dashboards).
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and data modeling.
