Data Analyst – Business Development Team

About the role

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail‑oriented Data Analyst to join our Business Development team. You will turn raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions and support growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using visualization tools.
• Write and optimise SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand data requirements.
• Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency.
• Support business decisions through data‑driven recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Statistics or a related field (Master’s/MBA a plus).
• 1‑3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Python.
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Expertise in Excel.
• Experience with Tableau or Power BI for data visualisation.
• Basic understanding of statistical methods and financial analysis.
• Familiarity with AI workflow tools such as N8N and Zapier (nice to have).
