Data Analysis

About the role

The Data Analysis role is focused on quality assurance for the Data & BI Implementation team. You will ensure that data pipelines, reporting solutions, and BI dashboards meet the highest standards of accuracy, performance, and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Define, track, and report QA metrics while applying industry‑best practices.
• Develop and maintain tools and processes that support quality goals.
• Validate data accuracy in SQL databases and SSIS packages.
• Document test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures (both manual and automated) and execute them across all test cycles (unit, regression, functional, system, stress, smoke, sanity).
• Identify performance bottlenecks, stale calculations, and error conditions, and drive optimization.
• Act as the primary QA contact for releases, coordinating internal and external testing resources.
• Collaborate with data warehouse architects, ETL leads, and BI developers to design and run test scenarios in development, test, and production environments.
• Perform BI UX testing, monitor ETL runs, and maintain quality dashboards and reports.

Required profile

• Strong experience in functional testing and test automation for data‑centric solutions.
• Excellent written communication skills for documenting test results and defects.
• Ability to diagnose defects, track them to resolution, and ensure compliance with testing plans.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement of QA processes.
