Cybersecurity Operations Analyst – Product Support & Threat Takedown

About the role

CloudSEK is seeking a motivated and versatile Cybersecurity Operations Analyst to join its global team. The role blends product support, brand‑protection takedown operations, and security event analysis. It is ideal for candidates with 1‑2 years of experience who are passionate about threat detection and protecting digital assets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide L1 technical product support for CloudSEK solutions, handling customer issues via email, chat or phone, troubleshooting, ticketing, and escalation.
• Monitor and takedown phishing sites, fake domains and impersonation profiles, manage takedown requests and maintain playbooks with the intelligence team.
• Act as an L1 security analyst in the SOC, monitor alerts on the CloudSEK portal, triage incidents, document response steps and apply AI prompt‑engineering techniques.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Cybersecurity or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience or strong interest in cybersecurity, threat intelligence or SOC operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work independently in rotational shifts.
• Familiarity with ticketing tools and common cybersecurity platforms.

Required skills

• Ticketing tools such as Freshdesk, Zendesk or Jira Service Desk.
• VirusTotal, Whois and other OSINT utilities.
• SIEM platforms.
• Python scripting.
• Bash scripting.
