Cybersecurity Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Cybersecurity Manager to lead our Security Operations Center (SOC) and drive end‑to‑end vulnerability management across the organization. The role requires deep technical expertise in detecting, investigating and remediating cyber threats, as well as coordinating risk assessments and audit activities.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily SOC operations, monitor alerts, and lead incident investigations across diverse threat landscapes, including AI‑driven attacks.
• Manage the full vulnerability management lifecycle: assessment, prioritisation, remediation coordination and patch deployment.
• Conduct risk assessments, support audit processes, and maintain compliance documentation.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, application and business teams to drive remediation and secure SDLC practices.
• Evaluate security tools, vendors and governance frameworks to enhance the overall security posture.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience in SOC operations and vulnerability management.
• Strong understanding of exploitation techniques, patch management and application security lifecycle.
• Experience conducting risk assessments and coordinating audits, preferably in retail or BFSI environments.
• Familiarity with multiple security frameworks and regulatory compliance requirements.
