Cybersecurity & Email Infrastructure Manager

About the role

The Cybersecurity & Email Infrastructure Manager will lead the design, implementation and ongoing protection of the company’s data assets and email communication platforms. This hands‑on technical leader will ensure the organization’s security posture remains robust against phishing, impersonation, data leakage and unauthorized access.

Key responsibilities

• Design and enforce end‑to‑end data protection across servers, workstations and cloud environments (GCP, AWS, Azure).
• Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing and manage patch cycles.
• Administer encryption, secure backups, retention policies and endpoint security (EDR/AV).
• Manage and secure email systems (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, custom SMTP) including DNS authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), routing, anti‑spam/anti‑malware filters and DLP policies.
• Deploy anti‑phishing and impersonation solutions (Barracuda, Mimecast, Proofpoint, Google Advanced Protection) and run phishing simulation campaigns.
• Implement RBAC, MFA, SSO and password standards across all tools, audit permissions on GitHub, APIs, CRMs and other integrations.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding security workflows and work with external providers to resolve deliverability or reputation issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience securing multi‑cloud environments and email infrastructures.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to investigate incidents and remediate threats.
• Excellent communication skills to lead awareness programs and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
