Cybersecurity Analyst – Microsoft Cloud Security

About the role

Skybound Wealth Management is looking for a proactive Cybersecurity Analyst to join its Mumbai office. The role focuses on protecting the firm’s Microsoft 365 and Azure environments and supporting security across all international locations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the security posture of Microsoft 365 and Azure, including configuration of Entra ID, Exchange Online and related controls.
• Manage email and identity security by overseeing spam filtering, phishing protection and authentication protocols such as SPF, DKIM and DMARC.
• Investigate and respond to security incidents, monitor alerts, and coordinate remediation with internal teams and third‑party providers.
• Perform vulnerability assessments, track remediation activities and recommend improvements to strengthen overall cybersecurity.
• Support governance and compliance initiatives related to frameworks such as DORA and Reg‑SP, including policy development, risk assessments and audit assistance.
• Drive security awareness through phishing simulations and training programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, IT or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years of hands‑on experience in cybersecurity or information‑security roles.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaborate with technology and external service teams.
