Cyber Security Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Cyber Security Specialist to strengthen our security operations, threat management, vulnerability management, and security engineering functions. The role involves proactive threat identification, efficient incident handling, and continuous improvement of security controls across enterprise environments.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and investigate security events using SIEM, EDR, and XDR platforms.
• Lead end‑to‑end incident response activities, including triage, containment, eradication, recovery, and remediation.
• Perform proactive threat hunting and develop detection rules aligned with the MITRE ATT&CK framework.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments, manage scanning activities, and coordinate remediation with infrastructure and application teams.
• Design, implement, and maintain security baselines for Windows, Linux, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and cloud environments.
• Manage and optimize SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, firewalls, IDS/IPS, WAF, and cloud security platforms.
• Support audits, ensure compliance with ISO 27001, NIST CSF, PCI‑DSS, and provide evidence for regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cyber Security or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 7‑10 years of hands‑on experience in SOC, incident response, threat management, or security engineering.
