Cyber Security Professional – Legal & Compliance

About the role

We are looking for a Cyber Security Professional to join our Legal and Compliance department. The role focuses on URL scanning, vulnerability assessment and management to protect the organization’s digital assets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and configure systems to analyse URLs, portals and software.
• Implement URL categorisation and reputation checks using safe‑browsing and threat‑intelligence feeds.
• Analyse blocked or suspicious URLs and determine their legitimacy.
• Document findings and communicate risks to stakeholders.
• Investigate suspicious URLs, take appropriate actions such as block or quarantine, and educate users.
• Run regular vulnerability scans of URLs, portals and software with tools like Nessus, Qualys and Rapid7.
• Evaluate scan results, prioritise vulnerabilities and coordinate remediation with IT and development teams.
• Provide regular reports on vulnerability status, trends and risk posture.
• Monitor emerging threats, update scanning tools and recommend security enhancements.
• Collaborate with IT, risk, compliance and business units to embed cybersecurity practices.

Required profile

• Experience in URL scanning and vulnerability assessment/management.
• Familiarity with security tools such as Nessus, Qualys and Rapid7.
• Ability to work in a legal and compliance environment.
• Willingness to work general office shifts onsite.
