Cyber Security Manager

About the role

Eden is looking for an experienced Cyber Security Manager to protect its head office and multiple manufacturing sites from cyber threats. The role spans both corporate IT and operational technology (OT) environments, requiring a strategic security posture, regulatory compliance, and incident‑response leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain cybersecurity policies for IT and OT/ICS systems.
• Manage network segmentation, firewalls, DMZs and air‑gapped zones between corporate and plant networks.
• Monitor threats with SIEM/SOC tools, lead incident response, containment and forensic investigations.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing and oversee IAM, privileged access and MFA rollout.
• Ensure compliance with IEC 62443, ISO/IEC 27001, NIST CSF and CERT‑In guidelines, and coordinate mandatory incident reporting.
• Develop and run incident‑response drills, tabletop exercises and business continuity plans.
• Deliver cybersecurity awareness training and phishing simulations for office and plant staff.

Required profile

• B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, Electronics & Communication or related field.
• 5‑8 years of cybersecurity experience, including 3‑4 years securing industrial/plant (OT) environments.
• Prior experience in oil & gas, power, renewable energy or manufacturing preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, GICSP or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor.

Required skills

• Firewalls, IDS/IPS, network segmentation, VPN.
• SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar, ELK) and SOC operations.
• EDR/XDR, endpoint protection, vulnerability management.
• Penetration testing / VAPT, data protection, DLP.
• ICS/SCADA protocols (Modbus, DNP3, OPC) and secure configuration.
• Cloud security for hybrid environments (AWS, Azure).
• Regulatory knowledge: IT Act 2000, CERT‑In, CEA Power Sector guidelines.
