Cyber Security Manager

About the role

The Cyber Security Manager will lead the organization’s security operations from Vadodara, overseeing continuous threat monitoring, incident response and the administration of security tools. The role requires an immediate joiner with at least two years of experience in information security.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise 24/7 security monitoring, log analysis and alert triage.
• Lead the response team during cyber‑attacks, breaches or system compromises.
• Configure and maintain firewalls, SIEM platforms and endpoint protection solutions.
• Conduct vulnerability scans, apply patches and remediate network gaps.
• Train and mentor security analysts, recruit new team members and set performance goals.
• Ensure compliance with standards such as ISO 27001, GDPR and HIPAA.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of hands‑on experience in cyber security or related fields.
• Ability to work on‑site in Vadodara and join immediately.
