Cyber Security Manager

About the role

Deloitte is seeking a Cyber Security Manager to lead the security function for its South Asia operations. The role will oversee security assessments, incident response, and the integration of security controls across the organization, ensuring a resilient security posture.

Key responsibilities

• Manage regular security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration tests.
• Supervise monitoring, analysis, and response to security alerts and incidents.
• Coordinate with IT and business units to embed security measures in all processes.
• Maintain security tools such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection solutions.
• Develop and deliver security awareness training for employees.
• Create and enforce information security policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Conduct risk assessments and devise mitigation strategies.
• Prepare security reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Review client security questionnaires and contractual security clauses.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing enterprise‑level security programs.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple security initiatives with defined timelines.
• Strong communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Discretion in handling sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality.
