Cyber Security Lead / Advisor

About the role

We are seeking a Cyber Security Lead / Advisor to drive security assessments, risk indexing, and implementation of global cyber security standards within our telecom network environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead security assessments and risk indexing for telecom network infrastructure.
• Conduct threat modeling, vulnerability analysis, and impact assessments.
• Ensure compliance with security frameworks such as ISO 27001 and NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
• Design and oversee implementation of network security controls including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, VPNs, and network segmentation.
• Provide expert guidance on the security implications of telecom protocols (SS7, Diameter, SIP).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 9‑15 years of experience in security risk assessment, vulnerability management, or related roles within the telecom industry.
• Strong understanding of security principles, methodologies and best practices for telecom networks.
• Proven ability to apply security frameworks such as ISO 27001 and NIST to telecom environments.
• Experience with threat modeling, vulnerability analysis and impact assessments for network infrastructure.
