Cyber Security Expert

About the role

The Cyber Security Expert will work closely with customers and internal engineering teams to design, prototype, and integrate security solutions for hardware, software, and system products. The role bridges product development and cybersecurity processes, ensuring that all deliverables meet stringent security requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity project development and manage product security solutions across HW, SW, and system layers.
• Define, implement, and continuously improve cybersecurity processes supporting customer product development.
• Coordinate with technical sales, customers, and business groups for RFI/RFQ responses.
• Drive Secure Development Life Cycle activities and cross‑domain collaboration to deliver high‑quality software.
• Perform ethical penetration testing, vulnerability management, code coverage analysis, static analysis, and support code‑signing infrastructure.

Required profile

• 12+ years of experience in automotive or comparable embedded software and systems environments.
• Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Over 6 years of hands‑on software development and technical project management.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with plant, engineering, and program teams.
