Cyber Security Engineer (OT Testing)

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled OT Cyber Security Testing Engineer to join Siemens’ Smart Infrastructure team. The role focuses on protecting operational technology environments across energy, building and industrial systems.

Key responsibilities

• Implement, test and execute cyber‑security solutions such as IDS, SIEM, SOAR, UEBA, NDR and SOC.
• Support sales, engineering and execution teams with security requirements and tender specifications.
• Conduct internal and external cyber‑security trainings and represent Siemens at industry forums.
• Perform vulnerability assessment, patch evaluation, testing and management for OT assets.
• Run simulations, trials and lab experiments to validate security controls.

Required profile

• B.Tech/B.E in Electronics or Computer Science with at least 5 years of cyber‑security experience.
• Practical knowledge of ISO 27001 implementation.
• Hands‑on experience with OT systems, protocols and network analysis.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.

• RBAC, Active Directory, system hardening, antivirus deployment
