Cyber Security Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Cyber Security Engineer to strengthen our enterprise security posture. The role focuses on protecting systems, networks, and sensitive data from evolving cyber threats while supporting disaster recovery and business continuity initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise security controls.
• Perform security risk assessments and vulnerability analyses.
• Monitor security events, investigate incidents, and conduct root‑cause analysis.
• Respond to cyber threats and support incident response activities.
• Assist with disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
• Promote cybersecurity awareness and best practices across the organization.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of hands‑on cyber security experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, Java, C++, or Ruby.
• Experience with SIEM, IDS, IPS, and firewall technologies.
• Knowledge of NIST, ISO 27001, and security compliance frameworks.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, UDP, IPSec, and networking fundamentals.
• Incident response and vulnerability management expertise.
