Cyber Security Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Cyber Security Consultant with deep expertise in ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) to design, implement and optimise enterprise‑wide security solutions. The role will involve configuring SecOps modules, integrating with existing security tools and automating response workflows to strengthen the organisation’s security posture.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure and implement ServiceNow SecOps modules (Vulnerability Response, Security Incident Response, Threat Intelligence).
• Develop workflows, automations and orchestrations using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub and platform capabilities.
• Build and maintain integrations with SIEM, vulnerability management, EDR, IAM and SOAR solutions via REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub spokes.
• Gather and analyse business and technical requirements, produce solution designs and documentation.
• Participate in solution architecture discussions and recommend best practices.
• Support development, testing, deployment and post‑production stabilisation, including troubleshooting and performance optimisation.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, IT Operations and Application teams in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards, governance and coding best practices.

Required profile

• 4–8 years of IT experience with hands‑on ServiceNow development and implementation.
• Proven experience delivering ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) solutions.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity domains such as vulnerability management, incident response and threat intelligence.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and automated workflows.
• Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
