Customer Support Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a friendly, customer‑focused Support Specialist to join our on‑site team in New Town, Kolkata. You will be the first point of contact for customers across phone, email, chat and other channels, ensuring a positive experience at every interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via phone, email, chat and other support channels.
• Understand concerns, provide accurate and timely solutions, and resolve complaints professionally.
• Follow up with customers to confirm satisfactory resolution.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and resolutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address complex issues and escalate critical cases.
• Adhere to company policies, meet response‑time and resolution targets, and collect feedback for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in customer service or support; freshers are welcome.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving, interpersonal and multitasking abilities.
• Customer‑oriented attitude with patience and a positive approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
