Customer Support Representative (US/UK/EU)

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to act as the primary liaison between our company and its current and prospective customers across the US, UK and EU. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, and email tickets.
• Identify customer needs, research issues, and provide effective solutions or alternatives.
• Set appointments and follow up with prospects via phone and email.
• Build sustainable relationships by going the extra mile for customers.
• Create documentation and help files to streamline support processes.
• Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets.

Required profile

• 2‑7 years of relevant international customer support experience (minimum 2 years in US/UK markets).
• Proven track record of exceeding performance quotas.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including round‑the‑clock schedules.

Required skills

• Proficiency with desk applications.
• Experience using CRM software.
• Strong command of the Microsoft Office Suite.
