Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our team in Bengaluru. The role involves handling inbound and outbound communications, providing assistance on our self‑service portal, and supporting recruitment processes.

Key responsibilities

• Receive inbound calls, emails and chats, logging each case accurately in the designated system.
• Provide recruitment support to fresh applicants and re‑hires following defined procedures.
• Guide customers through the self‑service portal and ensure smooth navigation.
• Conduct security verifications in line with company policies and GDPR guidelines.
• Make outbound calls when required, adhering to client and company guidelines.
• Maintain high call and data quality standards while meeting productivity targets.
• Update process repositories such as DTPs, Knowledgebase and SharePoint with current information.
• Communicate openly with peers and supervisors to contribute to team success.
• Attend work punctually and follow all departmental policies.
• Minimize complaints and escalations by delivering exceptional service and effective call control.

Required profile

• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1‑3 years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to work night shifts and rotating weekly schedules.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in any United States time zone while based in India.
