Customer Support Executive – Work from Home (Rotational Shifts)

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Support Executives to join our team on a work‑from‑home basis. The role involves handling inbound calls from international customers, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction while working in a rotational shift schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and resolve customer queries on phone calls from international clients.
• Deliver precise information, troubleshoot issues, and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Escalate complex problems to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Adhere to defined process guidelines and meet performance metrics.
• Maintain high‑quality service standards in all interactions.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication skills.
• Educational qualification: HSC & Graduate (freshers and experienced candidates accepted).
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night shifts.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Own a personal system that meets the specified technical requirements.

Required skills

• Own system: Core i5 8th Gen or higher, 8 GB RAM, Windows 10 or later.
• Camera and USB headset with noise‑cancellation.
• Internet speed minimum 20 Mbps (upload & download).
• UPS with at least 2 hours backup.
• EDR (Endpoint Detection & Response) software installed.
