Customer Support Executive – Voice Process

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Support Executive to join our voice‑process team. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and ensuring a smooth resolution of issues while contributing to continuous business improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for customers and clients, addressing their queries via voice channels.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
• Participate actively in ongoing process improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong team player with a quick learning aptitude.
• Willingness to work UK‑based shifts (e.g., 1:00 PM‑10:30 PM or 1:30 PM‑11:00 PM).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 1 year of total work experience, preferably in customer service, is a plus. Freshers with good English and MS Office skills are encouraged to apply.
