About the role
Square Business Services is seeking enthusiastic fresh graduates to join its call centre as a Customer Support Executive. You will be part of a dynamic voice‑process team handling both inbound and outbound interactions, ensuring customers receive prompt and professional assistance.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions.
- Communicate professionally to achieve high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to meet process targets.
Required profile
- Graduate in any stream (pursuing candidates not eligible).
- Freshers are welcome.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts (day shifts only for female employees).
