Customer Support Executive – Voice Process (Hyderabad)

About the role

The Customer Support Executive will handle inbound voice calls for a banking client, providing accurate information, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This is a full‑time, day‑shift position based in Hyderabad.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and deliver precise details about banking products and services.
• Clarify queries, research issues, troubleshoot, and provide effective solutions.
• Escalate unresolved matters to the appropriate department.
• Complete transactions, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure compliance.
• Identify customer needs and cross‑sell suitable banking products.

Required profile

• Intermediate, Diploma or Graduate (B.Tech graduates are not eligible).
• Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi; regional language proficiency is a plus.
• Basic computer knowledge with familiarity in MS Office.
• Strong telephone etiquette, active listening, logical reasoning and numerical ability.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with patience and empathy.
