About the role
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle voice‑based inbound and outbound calls, ensuring prompt resolution of customer queries and high satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls and initiate outbound calls as required.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining accurate interaction records.
- Communicate professionally in English and Hindi.
- Collaborate with the team to meet process and performance targets.
Required profile
- Graduate in any stream (pursuing candidates not eligible).
- Freshers are welcome.
- Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts (day shifts only for female employees).
