Customer Support Executive – Night Shift (Inbound Voice)

About the role

This position is a night‑shift, inbound‑voice role supporting U.S. healthcare customers. You will handle calls, resolve queries, and provide clear, empathetic assistance without sales pressure.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from U.S. healthcare clients during night hours aligned with U.S. time zones.
• Identify customer issues, provide accurate information, and resolve queries efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, empathy, and clear communication.
• Document interactions in the required systems and follow established procedures.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service quality.

Required profile

• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written; a neutral or U.S.–friendly accent is preferred.
• Minimum education: 12th pass; graduation or diploma is a plus.
• Willingness to work night shifts (Monday to Friday) with weekends off.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Required skills

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Ability to handle high‑volume inbound calls.
• Basic computer literacy for using call‑center software.

• Salary range ₹15,000 – ₹19,000 per month.
