About the role
We are seeking a dynamic, customer‑focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Executive. In this role you will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries across multiple channels and ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate answers about product details, pricing, and availability.
- Maintain and update customer records in the system.
- Deliver high‑quality service to achieve strong customer satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when needed.
- Follow company policies and uphold quality standards.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of customer service experience (freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome).
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Good problem‑solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Minimum 70% marks in 10th and 12th grades.
