Customer Support Executive (Freshers & Experienced) – Hyderabad/Bangalore

About the role

Lyros is recruiting Customer Support Executives to work with leading multinational companies in Hyderabad and Bangalore. The position is open to fresh graduates as well as candidates with up to four years of experience and involves handling voice, chat, email and non‑voice interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, chat, email or other channels.
• Provide accurate solutions and resolve issues while maintaining service quality.
• Follow company processes, quality standards and performance guidelines.
• Maintain a professional, customer‑friendly approach at all times.

Required profile

• Freshers or candidates with 0‑4 years of experience.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and good problem‑solving ability.
• Willingness to work day shifts or US rotational shifts.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
