Customer Support Executive (ERP Software)

About the role

Cystence is looking for a Customer Support Assistant to join its team in Hyderabad, Pakistan, working onsite from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The role supports customers who use the company's ERP and business management software, answering their queries and helping them understand and use the software features. Salary is competitive, depending on skills and experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries by call, message and other communication channels.
• Help customers use Finards Lite ERP and its features, and guide them through common processes.
• Identify, document and report software bugs and technical problems, and coordinate with the development team.
• Assist with customer onboarding and basic software training.
• Maintain records of customer inquiries and follow up on pending requests.
• Ensure customers receive timely and professional support.

Required profile

• Good verbal and written communication skills; ability to handle customer queries professionally.
• Basic computer, software and internet knowledge, and willingness to learn new software and technical concepts.
• Problem-solving and organisational skills, able to work independently and in a team.
• A degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration or a related field is preferred; previous customer or software support experience is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of accounting, inventory or business operations is a plus.
