About the role
Square Business Services is a growing BPO organization seeking enthusiastic fresh graduates to join as Customer Support Executives. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling both inbound and outbound interactions.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions.
- Communicate professionally to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to meet process and performance targets.
Required profile
- Graduate in any stream (pursuing candidates not eligible).
- Freshers are welcome.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts (only day shifts for female employees).
