Customer Support / Calling Executive

About the role

Maxima Solutions is seeking confident, customer‑focused professionals to join its Hyderabad team as Customer Support / Calling Executives. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, understanding client needs, and delivering accurate solutions while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Understand customer requirements, concerns, and expectations through effective communication.
• Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions to customer queries.
• Follow up with customers regarding requirements, pending information, services, or other business‑related matters.
• Maintain proper records of calls, interactions, follow‑ups, and outcomes in CRM systems, MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Achieve daily/weekly calling, follow‑up, and productivity targets while handling high‑volume calls.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or reporting manager.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Support, Telecalling, Voice Process, Inside Sales or related roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong command of English.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and handling high‑volume calls.
• Strong interpersonal, active‑listening and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to maintain accurate call records and customer data.
