Avidbots India Pvt Ltd is looking for a Customer Support Associate to join its Remote Assistance Process team. The role involves monitoring and assisting cleaning robots in real time while providing prompt support to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor robots remotely to ensure effective cleaning operations.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to robotic performance.
• Escalate complex problems to the technical team.
• Document customer interactions and technical incidents.
• Continuously update knowledge of company products and services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Comfortable with technology and eager to learn new tools.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
