Customer Support Associate

About the role

JIITAK, a sustainable software development studio, is seeking a Customer Support Associate to deliver exceptional service across phone, email, chat, and social media. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their queries are resolved quickly and accurately while upholding the company’s eco‑conscious values.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via multiple channels (phone, email, chat, social media).
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Record all interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Follow up with customers to confirm issue resolution and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with sales, technical, and operations teams when needed.
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant department within defined SLAs.
• Maintain service quality standards and meet response‑time targets.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement of the customer experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).
• 1–2 years of experience in customer support or service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem‑solving and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple interactions efficiently.
• Willingness to work in shifts if required.
• Customer‑first mindset with a professional attitude.
