Customer Support Associate – Italian

About the role

The Customer Support Associate will support the Support team in obtaining declarations and other important information from non‑responsive suppliers in our client’s supply chains.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with suppliers via email, phone and conference calls to gather compliance information, assist with requests, and verify document quality.
• Work directly with top‑tier suppliers, acting as a resource to help them respond to compliance requests.
• Handle inbound supplier calls, troubleshooting and guiding them through compliance processes.
• Engage unresponsive suppliers through outbound calls, education sessions and webinar invitations.
• Provide language support (German and English) for internal translations, webinars, and prospect calls with the Sales team.
• Collaborate with the Program Success team to strategize approaches for new customers, client campaigns and supplier issues.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English.
• Relevant work experience in administration, reporting, research, data, supplier/customer support or call centres.
• Strong time‑management ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Google Applications.
• Self‑starter attitude with the ability to meet deadlines.
