Customer Support Associate – International Voice Process

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Customer Support Associate for our International Voice Process based in Kakkanad, Kochi. The role involves handling inbound calls from international customers, providing basic technical assistance for computers and mobile devices, and ensuring a high level of service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from international customers.
• Provide clear, accurate solutions to customer queries.
• Offer basic technical support for Windows PCs, macOS devices, and mobile devices.
• Assist with product installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Document interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate team.
• Maintain professional and courteous communication at all times.

Required profile

• Any recognized undergraduate, postgraduate, MBA or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent spoken English with B2‑level proficiency preferred.
• Basic knowledge of computers, mobile devices and technical troubleshooting.
• Willingness to work rotational night shifts from the Kakkanad office.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
