About the role
We are looking for dynamic, customer‑focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Associates for an International Voice Process in the fintech sector. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, understanding customer concerns, and delivering prompt, accurate resolutions while maintaining professionalism.

Required profile
- Graduate freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experienced candidates from International Voice BPO (Fintech) processes are preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities with a customer‑first approach.
