Customer Support Associate – Email & Chat

About the role

Accenture is looking for a Customer Contact Communications Associate to join its Customer Support vertical. In this entry‑level position you will handle non‑voice interactions such as email, web and chat, ensuring customer queries, escalations and complaints are resolved within defined service‑level agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve or route incidents and service requests received via email and chat.
• Manage escalations and complaints, providing timely and satisfactory resolutions.
• Close faults and complaints within SLA targets.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and actions taken.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth service delivery.

Required profile

• Graduation from any discipline.
• 0‑1 years of relevant experience or fresh graduates.
• Strong written communication skills and fast typing ability.
• Ability to work under pressure, handle disputes and build client relationships.
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts.
