Customer Support Associate – Bopal, Ahmedabad

About the role
The Customer Support Associate will be the first point of contact for OMSGuru’s e‑commerce clients, assisting them with queries related to the OMSGuru platform. Working from our Bopal office, you will help clients adopt and use the software efficiently, ensuring a smooth experience.
Key responsibilities
- Provide timely support to existing clients via chat, phone, email and ticketing systems.
- Guide new customers through onboarding and system setup.
- Explain platform features clearly and verify customer understanding.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of OMSGuru products, services and policies.
- Identify opportunities to suggest additional features or improvements.
- Build and sustain positive relationships with clients by anticipating their needs.
Required profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Fluent in English and Hindi.
- Strong verbal communication and an outgoing personality.
- Ability to type at least 30 words per minute.
Required skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
