About the role
We’re looking for freshers who speak fluent English, are confident communicators, and genuinely want to learn. You don’t need prior experience – we’ll train you from scratch.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer queries on WhatsApp, calls and other channels.
- Assist customers with orders, products, delivery and returns.
- Follow up with customers who abandoned their carts.
- Speak with customers to convert pending orders into successful purchases.
- Maintain basic customer and order records.
- Learn how a fast‑growing D2C brand operates.
Required profile
- Fluent spoken English is a must.
- Good communication and a confident personality.
- Comfortable talking to customers.
- Basic computer and smartphone skills.
- Eager to learn and take responsibility.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in an entrepreneurial environment.
- Freshers are absolutely welcome.
