Customer Success Operations Coordinator (Non-IT, Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an outgoing Customer Success Operations Coordinator to support US clients in a voice‑based healthcare services environment. The role is fully remote, based in India, and works the US day shift (9 pm‑6 am IST, Monday‑Friday).

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound phone calls and deliver excellent customer service.
• Coordinate daily caregiver schedules and match caregivers with client needs.
• Support caregiver screening, hiring workflows and staff client visits.
• Maintain the service delivery platform according to company standards.
• Communicate regularly with field staff, build relationships and promote the employer brand.
• Prepare daily and weekly staffing and operations reports.
• Assist with payroll‑related functions and provide HR support to healthcare workers.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in a customer service representative role.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Advanced computer proficiency with documents, spreadsheets and web applications.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Self‑starter with strong time‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Reliable, distraction‑free home office and ability to work overnight India hours.
