Customer Success Manager

About the role

Alteryx is looking for a Customer Success Manager in Bangalore to act as the technical interface between customers and internal teams, driving adoption, retention, and long‑term success of our data and analytics platform.

Key responsibilities

• Build and foster strong relationships with customers, sponsors, and key stakeholders to increase adoption and ensure retention.
• Serve as a strategic advisor, establishing trusted advisor relationships and driving continued value of Alteryx products and services.
• Architect technical solutions by conducting working sessions and jointly designing solutions using Alteryx Designer and Server.
• Support account expansion by partnering with sales leaders, providing insights on customer health, and identifying new business opportunities.
• Enable and train users through hands‑on sessions for Alteryx Designer and Server.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience with data and analytics used for strategic business decisions.
• Proven customer‑facing experience and ability to collaborate with internal teams.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and creative self‑starter mindset.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, attention to detail, and empathetic, customer‑oriented communication style.
